Welcome to the Racquet Club of Gastonia

Provide a training center where emphasis is about setting goals, learning a strong work ethic and hitting a high number of balls under adult supervision.  Everyone has the potential to achieve set goals.  While Hank and Sharon Avants understand the dynamics of tennis at the highest levels, they strive to maintain a sensitivity to players at all levels.

They enjoy consistently building the next generation of tennis players.  Their knowledge of tennis technique and strategy are taught in a controlled and loving atmosphere.  There is discipline and a no nonsense approach to ethics, etiquette and focus.

We supplement our summer camps with College and High School players.
